Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise which focuses on connecting the mind to the body. It can improve postural alignment, muscle strength/tone, mobility and flexibility. It is a whole-body exercise.
My Pilates sessions are ideal for people of all ages and abilities because of the many exercises, variations and modifications. I can tailor each movement to suit most people’s needs and experience level.
During my Pilates sessions you will move through various exercises and patterns which engage the abdominal and back muscles. The movements become flowing, requiring concentration & control.
